For Rice-
Mustard Seeds- 1 tsp
Urad Dal- 1 tsp
Peanuts- 2 tbsp

Hing- pinch
Curry Leaves- 6
Green Chilly- 2
Tamarind- 1 cup
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Salt- 1 tsp
Jaggery- 1 inch
Rice- 1 cup

Parippu Urundai Kozhambu ( Lentil Ball Curry )

Chana Dal- 1/4 cup
Tur Dal- 3/4 cup
Fennel- 1 tsp
Red Chilly- 6
Onion- 1
Tomato- 1
Coriander- 1 tbsp
Salt- as per taste
Mustard seeds- 1/4 tsp
Cumin- 1/2 tsp
Fennel- 1/2 tsp
Garlic- 5
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Chilly Powder- 2 tsp
Tamarind- lemon size
Coconut milk- 1/4 cup

Black Halwa:

Jaggery- 3/4 cup
Coconut Milk- 1 & 1/2 + 1/4 cup
Rice Flour- 50g
Ghee- 1 tsp
Cashew nuts- 1/4 cup
