Hey guys! It's time for the breakfast club!!
I love Oats!! Gold old porridge here in New Zealand!

Oats are one of the most underrated weight loss foods every because they are:
✅Low in calories (when cooked with water)
✅Have a ton of fibre which helps keep you full throughout the day.

This is the buckwheat porridge recipe I used, I just halved it for a single serve.

Portion sizes are what I like to eat, for reference I used about 1/3 of the batch of oat grouts as a serve, the entire buckwheat (half a cup dry) and 3/4 of a cup of dry oats for porridge and overnight oats.
