Santa Fe 3415 Steam Locomotive in Abilene, Kansas

0 Просмотры
The Abilene and Smoky Valley Railroad operates tourist trains over a 5 and a half mile long stretch of track that was constructed in the 1880s by the Rock Island Railroad. The A&SV owns a number of pieces of railroad equipment but probably the most significant is Santa Fe Railroad steam locomotive number 3415. 3415 was built in 1919 by Baldwin Locomotive Works and has a 4-6-2 “Pacific” type wheel arrangement. Let’s watch the 3415 under steam as the locomotive rolls through the heartland of Kansas.
